Anne Agi Condoles With NBA Port Harcourt Branch and BOSAN Over the Demise of Granville Abibo, SAN

I received with profound sadness the news of the sudden passing of the learned Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Granville Isetima Abibo who I understand died in the early hours of today, 15th June 2020, after a brief illness.

I join his family and the legal profession today in mourning over the void his demise has caused. I cannot even begin to understand what his family, the NBA Port Harcourt Branch, and his friends are going through right now. He was a beautiful soul, a true inspiration to everyone around him and a great loss to all the people who knew him. All who met him are lucky to have known him for the time that they did. I know he will be terribly missed and his memories cherished forever.

In this moment of loss, words are useless but I would like to offer my friendship, sympathy, prayers and heartfelt condolences to his immediate family and to the NBÀ Port harcourt Branch.

I also send my respectful condolences to the Body of Senior Advocates of of Nigeria (BOSAN) to which he also belonged. Granville Abibo, SAN was a remarkable man, and his passing is tragic.

My deepest sympathies go out to all who knew him especially the NBA Port Harcourt Branch. I pray this brings you comfort and may my prayers ease the pain of this loss.
God rest his soul in peace!

“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak”. Isaiah 40:29.
