I bring you all my Learned Silks, elders of the Bar, senior colleagues and colleagues, greetings from the Garden City of Port Harcourt. Kindly permit me to invade your space with this little testimony of a colleague I have known and observed closely over the years.
I have known Okey Leo Ohagba Esq, for as long as he has been a lawyer. He possesses the requisite ability, competence, experience and above all, character to serve the NBA as General Secretary.

He does not shy away from responsibility and when given a task, he delivers excellent and top notch results. I’m convinced he would further that culture of excellence as NBA General Secretary, because he has the midas touch.

For reasons of his noble character, competence, forthrightness and uncommon passion for quality service, I STAND WITH OKEY for the position of NBA General Secretary 2020 and have no reservations recommending him to your good self for your kind consideration at the appropriate time.
