The Ogun State Community Social Orientation and Safety Corps, otherwise known as So Safe Corps, has set up a divisional headquarters in Sango while its operational activities covers Iloye, Egan and Ariya areas of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area
Speaking in his office, divisional officer, who is also Superintendent Corps SC Adesanya Jimoh, said the new office was declared open in January this year, located at Association Road, Iloye, Sango Ota.
According to him, “One of the major aims of the corps in the areas is to douse any security threat and we are achieving it. We have also settled disputes while the blackspot areas have been cordoned, additionally the recovery of stolen motorcycles which have been given back to bona fide owners and other valuable items”.
He, however, commended the Ogun State government for setting up the corps and the Commander general of the corps Soji Ganzallo, ACC Morof Yusuf, Director of Information, Zonal Commander in Sango, Tajudeen Odunmbaku and all his immediate Officers, DSC Adenekan Tajudeen, ASC Ashafa Salam (Admin) and ASC Adebowale Segun.
